Since 2024, IE Hub and GDNs helped 136,000 UK customers using tools and campaigns. Over 70% qualified for unclaimed benefits, and 55% were referred to extra support like social tariffs or the Priority Services Register.
In one year, £26 million in unclaimed benefits was uncovered. By providing vulnerable households with the tools, confidence, and support to access entitled help, IE Hub has improved outcomes, reduced hardship, and boosted financial resilience for thousands of UK families.
